All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Marbellash. We may request minimum details to validate the appointment.

If you cannot attend, please notify us in advance so the slot can be reassigned. Specific prepayment or rescheduling terms are provided during booking.

4. Prices and services

Published prices may be updated. The valid price is the one in force when booking or purchase is confirmed. Promotions are time-limited unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Fraudulent use, identity impersonation, or actions that affect website operation or third parties are not allowed.

6. Intellectual property

All content (texts, images, brand assets and design) belongs to Marbellash or its lawful owners. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Continuous website availability cannot be guaranteed due to technical or third-party factors. We act promptly to restore service where possible.
